Short project description: The project “Digital transformation of AGA d.o.o.” addresses the problem of an insufficient level of digitalisation in the company’s operations. The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness and productivity of AGA d.o.o. through improved digitalisation of business processes. By introducing advanced digital technologies, greater efficiency, better communication and higher-quality outputs will be ensured. The improvement of business processes will create the preconditions for a higher level of digital readiness of the company. The target groups covered by the project activities are the company’s employees and suppliers, as well as the local and wider population (Croatia, EU).

The implementation of project activities will contribute to strengthening the capacities of AGA d.o.o. to adapt its business to the digital market, while also contributing to the company’s capacity to adapt to new regulatory and legislative frameworks of the single digital market.

Implementation period: 01/10/2024 – 31/03/2026 (18 months)
