The visual design of the sculpture and painting of facades is the work of the painter Vjekoslav Vojo Radoičić, and the working team of Arhitektonsko-građevinski atelje (Architectural Building Studio) has proposed the placement of the sculpture in space and the forming of its base.

The sculpture, as a three-dimensional sculptural form, façade and wall paintings and as a two-dimensional image on the front of the building, represents a unique artistic whole, or a unique sculptural - painting composition. The sculpture is a stylized boat and the front of the building facing the square was painted abstractly corresponding to the Mediterranean ambient. The ship is sculpturally designed with welded surfaces of corroded steel, and the facade is painted in warm colors.

After testing various visual solutions for the stand of the ship sculpture, the chosen variant was setup of the sculpture without a prominent horizontal stand, laid out in the plane of the future paving square. Given that the rays of light fall on the glass silhouette of Radoičić sculpture, it optically reflects on the foot of it so that the sculptural form can be seen from the additional
